Collaborating with other Team Members

To allow other team members to edit a form you have created, follow these steps:

  1. Click Forms in the main menu on the left.
  2. Locate the form you want to share and click Options
  3. From the drop down menu select Who Can Edit
  4. Type a team member's name into the box that says 'Search Team Members'
  5. Once you've located the team member, click Allow
  6. The form has now been shared with this team member and they will get an email notifying them.

To remove a team member's access to your form, repeat the steps 1-3, then look for their name in the list and click Remove
