Choosing a template for your form

After you have created your form, the first step is to choose a design. These are just starting points as you can customize things like background images, fields, headings, fonts, colors, and more.

1. To preview a template, hover over the thumbnail for that design and click the Preview button.
2. Once you have chosen the template you would like to use, click the Use This Template button.
3. Click the Next button in the top right corner of the page to be taken to the next step of the form builder.
